Transportation Security is now officially considered a technical track for PATRAM 2025!
Papers on the topic of Transportation Security are strongly encouraged for the International Symposium on Packaging and Transportation of Radioactive Materials (PATRAM). Related areas of interest include current technologies, security risk analyses, workforce development, emerging threats and technologies, information protection, response considerations, and advanced reactor shipping.
YOUR participation (presenting papers sharing your insights and experience) as well as YOUR enthusiasm (actively spreading the word) about PATRAM is essential to its ongoing success. Together, we share in the pursuit of ever-more widespread best practices that inevitably lead to increased international safety, security, efficiency and effectiveness.
Please submit your abstracts for PATRAM 2025 (and encourage a colleague to do the same) by January 10, 2025. More information can be found on the PATRAM website https://patram.eventscribe.net/.
Presented by its chairs, including the United States Department of Energy, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Transportation, Institute for Nuclear Material Management, and the World Nuclear Transport Institute, the 21st International Symposium on Packaging and Transportation of Radioactive Materials (PATRAM 2025), will be held July 27 – August 1, 2025, at the San Antonio Marriot Rivercenter, in San Antonio, Texas, USA.
